Ted Lee, Senior Estimator and founder of Prime ENC, Inc., brings extensive experience from his prior management of numerous federal projects before founding Prime ENC. As a chief estimator and manager for IDIQ contracts at Camp Pendleton, Fort Irwin, and USPS, he has developed a thorough understanding of federal guidelines, including the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, as well as the comprehensive processes involved in managing federal projects.
